My shakes consist of
*Sainburies skimmed milk power (70g)
25g protein/35g carbs/244 kcals
*O.N. Whey Protein (30g) -
25g protein
*Banana (I'm assuming a banana is 200g no idea - just scale to suit!!)
2.4g protein/45gcarbs/195 kcals
* Peanut butter - (24g - a tenth of a standard jar)
12 g protein/14.5gcarbs/270 kcals
Dash of blackcurrent to taste
so total is: 64.4g protein / 94.5 / 709kcals

Thats more than I thought :shock: Might be a bit heavily stacked on the protein side, dunno

Not sure if u can just add up the proteins together as they are from different soures and don't know if u get any carbs/ from the protein powder.

It all blends up to about 3/4 pint - easy tastes ok

Still,.... 3 or 4 times a day is a lot of extra protein /cals

Any thoughts Guys??

John

I must have dull taste buds. I whack in a lot of ribena to get rid to the milk taste I only take it cos its you can sink it in seconds.

So you don't reckon I can market it as my own product
