Default THE EASIEST BEST MEAL YOULL EVER MAKE!!

ok everyone, this is one of my favorites and i thought it was too good to keep hidden away any longer, so without further hesitation here is the easiest thing youll ever cook for dinner. and its healthy too. portions are for one person, for more people (or if youre garry or kev! ) just multiply.

youll need one or two boneless skinless chicken breast and veggies of your choice, carrots, string beans, broccoli, potatos, greens...anythig vegetable in nature! get a pot of water big enough to hold your chicken and the veggies cut up, put it on the stove on med/high and...heres the difficult part...leave it there. it takes about 30 minutes and youre done. season to your liking. i use some garlic, its really good for you (DO NOT USE GARLIC IF YOU ARE ON A DATE AND PLAN ON GETTING ACTION!!!) its good good good, the chicken is to tender and juicy and the veggies are healthy in addition. i dont think people talk enough about the benefits of adding fruit and veggies to a bb diet. now im of the opinion that vegetables arent food, they are what food eats, but i also cant deny that they are good for you too, along with lean meat. you can throw this mix on a plate and garnish it and impress ladies too! so what does everyone think?

Hey,

No you've made a mistake...
That can't be right .... can it ???

Even i could do that, lol

I'm afraid my cooking skills are pretty pants, but that seems pretty easy.
I cook chicken all the time, i just leave it in the oven for half an hour.

Right, boil a pot.. stick in chicken and veggies ... and leave ...

Thats it I'm gonna do it....

my piss easy recipe is basically the same

get 2 packets of noodles (or 1 large pack) which already comes prepacked with the flavouring and soup, fill a large pan with boiling water and the mix, put 2 cans of tuna in, leave on a moderate heat for 10 minutes, add 4 egg whites, mix for 2 minutes and voila !

150grams carbs
90 grams protein
25 grams fat

enough for perfect bb split over 2 main meals.

and fills u up loads because of the soup that is in the noodle !
