Default NEW JOB, NEW DIET

Hi all, ive revised my diet, im 6ft 2 12 half stone and im bulking.I thought i should post it here to check its ok as im bulking until xmas.Ive changed jobs recently so i cant spend long kooking or eating wile at work, im a posty so sandwiches and stuff are ideal as i can eat them quikly wile im doing my round.

0530, 1 MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE, BANNANA AND MULTI VITS

0900, 2 HAM SANDWICHES

1100, 2 TURKEY SANDWICHES

1300, FISH AND CHIPS :shock:

1500, 1 SHAKE, BANNANA (DURING TRAINING)

1800, 2 PORK CHOPS, POTATOES AND VEG

2100, SHAKE

NOT SURE ON MY NEW DIET AS THERES A FAIR BIT OF FAT IN IT BUT ANY OPINIONS WELCOME. CHEERS

I don't think including fish and chips (chipshop stuff) would be a good idea mate, would you be able to knock up some pasta and chicken/fish to take to work with you?
if your using processed meets for the sandwiches it might be an idea to change it for tuna or "proper" chicken leftovers
and snack on chewy nut bars
apparently its also best not to rely solely on shakes for your protein intake

I also think you need to be eating a lot more carbs and protein someone here will know how much carbs, protein and calls you need a day.

sort a good diet out and you'll pack loads of mass on in no time

Instead of fish and chips ill have 1 jacket potatoe and can of tuna for lunch.Im happy with the shakes though as its all i can manage at 5 am in the morning also its good before bed and convieniant wile training. All the best sam

sorry mate, i didnt mean stop any of the shakes, just try and eat some more meat as well

i'm tall like your self and i really have to eat to gain weight (4500cals a day) and it can be hard work

i saw this formular the otherday that works out how much you need to eat to survive and how much you need to eat to gain i'll see if i can find it again
