| Under Construction Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: Newcastle , England Posts: 1 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi guys just started a bulking diet this week and want to know what you guys think? im tryin to bulk without adding to much body fat! any help would be greatly appreciated. Breakfast - 7 am 1/2 cup of oats with 1 banana and 2 scoops of pro mass 6 egg whites,1 yolk and spoonfull of mayo Snack - 10 am 3 tuna mayo sandwiches 1 pro mass shake mixed with skimmed milk Lunch - 1 pm 3 chicken breasts grilled 175 grams of white rice low fat curry sauce Pre workout - 4 pm 1 pro mass shake mixed with skimmed milk Post workout - 7 pm 2 bananas 1 pro mass shake mixed with skimmed milk Dinner - 8:30 pm 2 chicken breasts grilled 175 grams white rice Supper - 11 pm either 4 egg whites or a pro mass shake also trying to drink about a gallon of water a day |

| few suggestions brown rice is a better choice of carb than white rice as for the shakes: pre workout is fine, post workout sub the skim milk for water. Fat slows the absorbtion of protien and post workout you want aminos as quickly as possible. I would drop the pro mass shake at bed time instead have. 4egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 tblsp peanut butter or other health fat. Other than that looks pretty good. | |
