| Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: florida usa Posts: 642 Rep Power: ![]() | ive heard that peanut butter is decent to snack on whilst training, dieting, just in general. is this good info? i eat peter pan brand. they make this honey roast blend they make that is sooo good. heres the info off the jar, tell me what you think. serving size: 2 tbsp (35g). per serving- 190 cals. 120 from fat (kinda high but its p-nuts) 14 grams of fat (3g sat. 0 g trans), 0 cholesterol, 125mg sodium, 12 g carbs (2g dietary fiber 8 g sugars due to the honey no doubt) 7g protein. what do you think?! ______________________ that which does not kill me only serves to make me stronger. |

Yeah I would say for cutting your wouldn't be that good. 12 g of carbs is what is usually in 100g of PB, sometimes you have to watch the salt content in PB as its sometimes quite high. ______________________ 50% of Training is nutrition 50% of Training is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above. |
