Default does anyone have a no milk diet?

i have been doing this for a while now, however i dont think it is doing me good,

i,m getting a dodgy knee,and i think it may be to do with no milk,calcium.

does anyone else not have any milk in there diet,and have they noticed anthing from it???????

i dont have much milk but its not on purpose. i dont drink any. actually the only milk i have is on cereal occasionally.

Why r u making a particular effort not 2 have milk steve?

i gave it a go, to see if it had any affect on bodyfat when bulking.

think it was a mistake,

gotta solve this problem with my knee,i want to get squatting heavy again soon.

Did you notice a difference with boyfat by cutting out the milk Steve?
This is probably why I look like I'm bloody pregnant!

my knees r ****ed aswell mate. i take brufen b4 training and sit in a bath of cold water with ice for 20mins after every leg session. If you find another way to cure sore knees u better post it cos i gotta say the cold baths do nothin 4 my soldier. ops:

lol vinger, yeah i can imagine, not what the missus wanats to see lol

i actually did find it helped with bodyfat, but i dont think it is a good route to take.

i,ll keep you informed if i get a cure, want to

what about codliver oil, do any you guys use this. i,ve heard this is pretty good.

with my knee it dont really hurt it just feels weak to the other one.

the missus finds it hillarious. its me that doesnt see the funny side

Ive always taken cod liver oil, no idea if its doin anything. i take the caps cos the liquid is just not right.

Have u tried glucosamine sulphate? its meant 2 be good. never tried it myself. i think was abit expensive last time i looked.

i've have cod liver oil liquid its not that bad 5ml in the morning 5ml in the evening

i have milk when either cutting or bulking it actaully has benificial properties when trying to lose bodyfat
