Cant drink cows milk it plays my kidneys up rotten, havent touched it 4 about 3yrs now.
I drink soya milk i find its slightly higher in protein and a lot less in the fats department.
I did read somewhere that the human body once it gets past a certain age cant process milk and it leads to loads of bad problems from kidney stones to bad skin.

i drink abit of milk but i use powdered, helps keep the grams of protein up as its better than milk, although all the carbs in it are from sugars. its nice enough though and a damn site cheaper than buyin 4 pints of normal milk a day lol kev
