| Under Construction | one of the instructors in my gym competes.he one a scotland comp last year.he used to be an olympic cyclist but injured himself n now he cant cycle no more!he told me last week wot he eats to get his skin transparent like! all he eats for weeks leading up is a chicken breast and a small peice of potatoe every five hours! only allowed water aswell hes a ripped motha aswell! jus thought adlet u's guys know! |
