| Under Construction | I was wondering is it ok for me to mix about 4 or 5 egg whites in my whey protein that I take before I go to bed. I read on here (somewhere cant bloody find it again) and milk and 5 egg whites but I couldnt stomach the taste I was think if I could mix it with my whey it would mask the taste a little. Is this advicable or not :?: :?: ______________________ your gonna eat lightening and your gonna crap thunder kid! |

I take whey protain twice a day 16g per serve One in the morning and 1 when I have done my workout... Thinking of taking 3 times a day, isnt it too much!?/ ------- BuCki |
