Default Weight but no fat

Hi guys any help would be appreciated....I have just started going back to the gym and am trying to lose fat but gain weight i need to put on about two stone. Any pointers on what sort of things i should be eating/how often?? I play football so eat quite a lot of carbs but have been told that this may result in fat being stored

hello fatguyhat, welcome to the board

imo i would either lose fat or bulk up. you will find it very hard to do both.

youve got to decide what you want the most.

ideally you want high protein, moderate carbs and fats as yoiur diet. spli up into about 6 meals throughout the day.

The thing is i play for a sunday league football team so want to maintain my fitness and speed whilst gaiining the weight. I currently weigh about 10.5 stone but want to put on weight in muscle. Would it be best to bulk up first then strip the fat off??
