Default Flu - Loss of Appetite...

Anyone else get this. Obviously while i had the flu couldn't really eat and ive been ok..ish now for about 4 days still got a little bit of a cold and my appetite is right down. U think it will just pass cheers guys

yes mate this is the worst thing,

dont even bother training until your completely better.

drink plenty of water so the cold passes through quicker

This is evil Tom, I had flu at Christmas. Couldn't train or eat and lost a lot of weight
