Just out of curiosity why does it need to be low in fat?? Any good diet will need fats! Especially when cutting, if the body does not get any fats (or low amounts) it will store it becuase it believes there is a famin.

So basically you need fat to loose fat!

its a bit late to start writing diets, will when I have more time

cheers mate, wanted low fat really coz i have quite a high percentage of body fat (18pc) and wanted to get this down with a good diet, just assumed i would need it to be low in fat.

Furthur reading since you reply hs pointed me in the direction of reducing carbs, does this sound right?

Sorry im really shit with diets, theres so much different info knocking round on the subject.

Yes, reducing carbs but also calories as whole.

Like you say there are so many different diets that you can choose from but you'll find with every diet that you need to be using more calories than your consuming.

So basically to loose fat

Eat less calories than you need - Diet
Use more calories than you eat - Training/fat burners

Could do with a bit more info to make a diet:-

How much do you weight at the moment?
How many calories do you consume per day?

weigh 13 stone at the mo and as mentioned 18pc body fat.
Recently got this down from 25pc with cardio.

Id say at the minute im probably eating around 2000 cals a day, but id say every couple of days i dont really eat that much. Just snaking on things like weetabix and tuna an eggs to keep the protein up.
