| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2004 Posts: 61 Rep Power: ![]() | would it be ok to take glutamine and creatine together. I'm thinking of doing this but i'm worried it may have an adverse effect or that they may cancel each other out. Advice please. |

Don't know why, so i didn't pay much attention. Actually, i rate glutamine as one of the best supplements around. When you're dieting, it's a must have. |

I'll just ask Doz as i train at his gym and recently worked there for a month and a half................. He'll probably just say "no no buy my creatine products and my glutamine products".... lol!!!! Anyway thanks for all u're responses.............. |

The vast majority of glutamine is destroyed in the gut and there are no clinical studies to suggest it improves athletic performance. ______________________ IronArena.com |
