Default Opinions on this not so heavy diet?

Take a look at my diet, opinions welcome.I have cut back on carb and fat which has helped me get my body fat below 11%.Im not bulking so heavily anymore but im still gaining weight as i always have but my fat is getting less.I have taken toms advice to eat clean and it seems i am gaining weight but loosing body fat which is brill but i dont understand it.
PS im only 12 stone (6ft 2) so i dont need as many calories as most and yes my goals arn't to be massive.THANKS

1200,4 turkey or ham sarnies, piece of fruit, nutri bar, 1 yougurt.

1500,6 amino tabs or pint of semi skimmed, crisps  i know.

1700,steak,potatoes and veg.

1800 TRAIN FOR 1 HOUR(pro shake during training)

20:30, can of tuna or chicken breast.

hello shane,

the diet looks very good, i just have one opinion if i may,

i would recomend some more carbs just after training, it dont have to be alot, but this is definately a time when the muscles need them.

its up to you though mate

how long you been using this for so far?

Ive been on this diet about 4 weeks steve, i expected to loose a thew pounds as i dropped my calorie intake because i wasnt happy with getting puffy.Ive dropped the calories from fat and carb and im still gaining a pound a week but im loosing body fat aswell.I want to get to 8-% body fat, at the mo im just under 11.
Im going on holiday in may and i want to do some sun baving so i decided to stop bulking and really rip all ive got, skinny guys cant get away with having a stomache on them.September this year i might strart bulking then for 6-7 months ready for next suummer, but if things carry on as they are ill just stick to what im doing.I used to eat like a pig all day and night but some of it was junk ie crisps 3-4 pints of full fat milk a day etc and i can only assume cutting the junk out has allowed me to gain weight but not fat.
PS ill have 75g pasta with my tuna
Cheers steve

great to hear man glad its working out for you. Yeah i aint exactly skinny but my overall aim is to be around 14 stone with about 8 - 9% bodyfat sure when i get there il have further aims but still think the first time id really be happy with my body would be around this weight and cut. Might take me a few years yet as im currently 12 6 with about 12 %.
But definately hear you on the stomache thing i dont care how big someone is i still think a good build ie cover model type but with bigger and broader shoulders with a very good rip is the most impressive you can be sounds like you have similar goals and will get there pretty quick the way your goin. Take it easy (and cut out the crisps ) try a protein shake instead.

 Not trying to lick arse here but surly your happy with your physique now aint you tom, your looking good on the pics i saw. This is why i like a 6 pack or at least a flat stomache, as i dont feel happy or motivated to train when i look to puffy around the waist.I like to maintain shape and definition like yourself tom.
