Default Home made protein shakes

just got myself a kebnwood smoothie maker.
has anybody got any ideas for hi protein shakes
fed up of paying for these expensive shakes

what about tuna and raw eggs :shock: :x

how much it cost you anyway, ?

i think some people do tuna with muller rice, its ment to be ok so ive heard

i think about 50 grams , i think there is 6 grams in each egg white

6 x 6 = 36 + 15 for the milk

yeah about 50

recon it would still be cheap just to buy dymataz if u wont cheap protine or better off unflavored whey even though its wrank tasteing
