Default I'm looking for nutritional values online

just looking at my diet and trying to establise how many cals, protiens, carbs i'm taking in a day

any one know of a web page that lists all of these for lots of diffrent food types??

here it is anyway if any one can give me any pointers (the brunch stays whatever)

breakfast = mini wetabix+scope of protine+semiskimed milk
breakfast bar
banana
brunch = mega breakfast inc-3 sausages 3 bacon 2 eggs 2 toast beens
mushroom and grilled tomato
lunch = 250g pasta, and sause with 100g chicken
2 boiled eggs
tuna sandwich
cereal bar
banana
yogart
snack = egg sandwich
cerial bar
dinner = pasta bake or spag bol or chichen curry or pizza

pre & post workout an MRP shake and a carb drink wile training 5days a week

normaly drink about 2.5 - 3 liters of water
