Default my new bulking diet

ive bin cuting for a few months so im bulking now


7.00 am
Reflex weight gain in water
1 banna
creatine
omega 3
4 weatabix
half a glass of crandberry juice
yogat
2 slices of brown toast with peanut butter

8.00am
2 flap jacks


10.45am
brown pasta with a sauce or tuna, chicken and salad
1 apple
multi vitemin

1pm

brown pasta with a sauce or tuna, chicken and salad
1 bannana
1 apple
Reflex weight gain in water



3.15pm

Reflex weight gain in water
4 sandwhiches meat and salad fillings
nuts
chocalate bar


4.30pm
yogat



6.00pm
what ever I get when I get home, my mum never buys or uses packaged or quick easy meals and im bulcking so it dont matter what she cooks me for dinner.
creatine
amino acids
omega 3
whey protine if I feel I need it for pre workout shake


7.00pm
trainign

after training Reflex weight gain in water
amnio acids


glass of skimmed milk
1 orange

Is the glass of milk and orange in the 7pm slot? Just wonderd because I thought Amino Acids should be taking with solid foods.

glass of orange and milk is before bed the aminos is after training and reflex dont say u hve ot take them with food it just says take 6 caps 30-40 mins before training and 6 caps after training

just a quick question mate, how come you train at 7pm?

how many carbs in the reflex weight gain,?

ok steve i train at 7 because i work 3 days a weeks and dnt get home till 5 or 5.30 and on the other 2 days go to college and dnt get home till 6pm.

theres 25g carbs in the Reflex weight gain y? i have one full serving after traing which would make it 50g of carbs but the rest are half servings
