I was advised that this protein was better for me rather than a whey protein isolate as i wouldnt absorb the amount of protein found in an isolate. Im 5'7 and weigh 13.7 does anyone no if thats correct or not? Also is this 'simply protein/myprowhey. shake of any quality? Cheers. Another quick ask. Is it true that upping your protein level helps lose weight? Thanks for any advise |

| Its not true that upping your protein levels helps you lose weight in a strict sense but most builders tend to up protein levels and drop carb levels on a cut. So by compensating for the carbs you have lost with about half that in protein ie if you reduce carbs by 100g and increase protein by 50g yes this is standard cutting and you will lose weight if you are at a calorie deficit in total which is where your body is using more calories than it consumes. ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | |
