Default Calories

Im needing some advice on adding weight/muscle size.

4th week at the gym now, im shapped up and getting stronger. Problem is having not getting bigger, I know it early still, but I know im not eating enough calories to bulk up.

Diet
Breakfast Oats with 10g creatine and ALA (500mg) (before workout)
Lunch Whey then Omelette (4 eggs, milk, ham/bacon) and 10g creatine, ALA (500mg) (after work out)
Meal Whatever
Late night munch - Pizza

This is only basic.

I just needs to know what food is going to give me somthing to expand on.

Thanks..

yo, its alright sayin you need calories to bulk bro but from the looks of that diet you aint gettin no were near enough protein bro, u need 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, i know its hard bro, i struggle like hell gettin thatr amount down my neck but ive seen sum good gains since i upped my protein intake and if u can u should do the same, there are guys a hell of alot more experienced in ere to give u advice so i will leave the calories down to them, good luck man and keep us posted.kev

like kev says, you definately need more protein,

and more calories, to gain 2lb a week.

in theory you need to be eating a extra 1000 above maintenance each day.

Like I said in a previous post, I cant drink protein shakes, so uping my protein intake is hard.

So I need 186grams of protein per day?
So Ill be eating Eggs and Tuna for now on, what else is easy like that and high in protein?
I should also be getting a george forman grill soon..

What foods should I be eating?

Thank you

i get 80% of my protien from shakes which i shouldnt really do, but i aint got a big appettite, powdered milk is high in protein and its cheap. id aim for 200+ grams a day, the more the better in my eyes bro.so 20+eggs a couple of tins a tuna and a couple of pints of powdered milk, sorted. try for more if u can though. kev

White meat such as chicken, turkey and fish are great but you can also have LEAN beef cooked in the grill. Beef is a pretty good source of protein. NO PORK though, real bad stuff.
