Default What Carbohydrates does everyone eat when cutting!!

Ok first if you have time read the eat youself slim article in this section. Im really interested as im just about to start a cutting phase and nutrition not really my strong point - what does everyone reccommend.
Im gona be at home for the 4 weeks so no alchol will be far easier than term time which is my first plus point .
Im gona run clen then eca then clen standard 6 week cycle in 3 2 week sets.

I'm not trying to funny here, but why are you using clen and ef to drop a bit of bodyfat ? i know you're still a young kid and it didn't seem from you're post that you're about to step on stage in 12 weeks. If you're just trying to get 'a bit leaner', then you really should be able to do it without the assistance of pharmaceutical drugs.
If the day comes when you do decide to compete, and you aim to get to 5% bodyfat, then you may need these things, but otherwise, get some willpower and get on the treadmill.

point taken and i know im totally copping out and taking the easier way. As far as cardio i do 30 mins now b4 every training session and i do circuit training once a week and either boxing or football on a wednesday.
Just dont really like bulking and having just finished 16 weeks of it so wanna cut very quickly bcoz im unhappy.

my diet is really strict and im sticking to it absolutely religiously so hopefully i'l be fine anyway but im 21 i know what im doing and its not like im taking steroids.

seen as u compete could u answer my original question whats ure cutting diet like. Im trying no sugar only carbs oats and 1 cup brown rice. Reckon it might leave me lethargic though.

i agree listening to posts around the forum it seems your possy do take to many supps and ph's at such a young age it must cost you a bomb.Loosing weight seems easy in principle to me just do proper cardio, jogging.Dont worry mate you are young like myself so you will loose the weight quick.Thats what puts me of bulking behond 13 stone i dont want to get puffy.Stay happy mate you doing good

thanks Phil definately what I needed to hear. Althou ballooned a little in pct trying to keep the weight on ah well. Plus i like being cut like crazy more than just being big just the way i am I guess. Was getting to the point where my vains were intimidating my gf lol. How goes the comp prep.
