LADS, get your chicken breats the night before you want them, put in a bowl, and drizzle over some olive oil ( drizzle-chef language!!!!).

then get some schwartz, cajun grill and sizzle topping, its with all the jars of herbs and spices in most superlarkets, sprinke it over, give them a good mix round with a spoon, leave them to soak, sorry marinade (chef talk again!!!!) over night then slap em on the old george foreman.

my god awesome hot, or leave them to go cold and slice into some wholemeal pitta bread with loads of salad for work the next day.
im cooking mine right now, best of all if a virgin like me can do them then anyone can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
