Default MET-RX T-SHIRTS? AND HELP ME STOP THIS ACHING ALL OVER?????

2 completely different questions here.

1. ive looked everwhere, where can i buy a white met-rx t shirt like what pudunowski wears in the strong man comps?(excuse the spelling)

2. Why 2 days after i train heavy weights to i ache so badly i can hardly move? let alone lift a roll of cable at work? chest is normally the worst offender but triceps are bad too?
someone at the gym claims im just training correctly and should be thank-full i get the burn/ache everytime? is there a supplement that will help or am i not eating enough of something etc etc?

im sure someone will be able to help me out there? thanks guys...

Pie I think you are doing the job well if 24-48hrs after the workout you are in agony, this means you are breaking down the fibres and will be stimulating growth.

I don't know about the Met-Rx tho, I can think of better things to wear to the gym!

Its not bad, how long have you been training? How old are you? What bodytype are you, ecto, endo or meso?

These factors would help be an indication of what you may be best suited for. I think I was best designed for darts but I kept going with bodybuilding for some daft reason!

take a look at this link if you fancy a cool tee shirt, http://www.extremenutrition.co.uk/ca...67fbad1dd708cc and you get 20% off as a Muscle Chat member too!
