| Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Bristol Posts: 3,232 Rep Power: ![]() | i'm currently 12 stone 6, fairly cut after an eca cycle, and today began my bulk. its 14:50 atm, i got up at 08:30 and my day has been such as this: I TRAINED IN THE GYM FROM 9AM - 10.45AM 8:40 - 4 rashers of bacon (fat cut off), 2 slices brown toast no butter, 2 eggs fried (normally would go for more but havne't gone shopping yet), large bowl of porridge (ready brek - i will get some oats when i shop) with 2 spoonfulls of sugar, 1 1/2 protein shakes (40g total protein), glutamine, CEE (creatine ethyl ester), multivitamin cod liver oil 11:00 - 1 grilled chicken breast 250 grams egg noodles boiled (but didn't manage to eat it all just 100 grams) Protein shake 14:00 - a sandwich that i bought with chicken and stuffing on wholemeal (i expect a fairly high fat content due to mayo and butter but not ridiculous) and thats all i've had so far. After I finish work at 530 I will probably finish off the noodles from earlier with another chicken breast too, then at about 8 or 9pm have some pasta with tuna, 2 eggs, and a protein shake Estimated calorific intake for the day at around 4000 cals. what do you think?> I wont always been training that early in the morning but possibly. I tihnk I have a realistic split of carbs/protein/fat and timing for eating, keeping fairly close to food every 3 - 4 hour rule. i will bulk for about 2 months to my target weight of 14 1/2 stone (and before u big guys say bulk till next year, no i'm not doing that i want to be cut for the summer.... :P ) and then cut on ECA for about 6 weeks to a clean 13 - 13 1/4 stone. Looking good nick, your bulking so don't worry about the fat content of that sarnie just get the food down ya!! TBH I think your trying to put on too much weight, from 12st 6lbs to 14st 7lbs thats a addition of 29lbs in 2 months thats 3.625lbs per week Im gonna start a bulker soon aswell, as soon as I can sort out my sleep college gym eating and anything else thats in a mess ATM. :?
