I think some of you are getting confused about the actions of creatine. creatine increases intracellular water retention. This is why the better pump, fuller muscle appearance. You only look 'puffy' when subcutaneous water increases (which will happen if you eat lots of salt or take certain drugs) or when you do dumbbell curls with 5lb dumbbells while wearing pink lycra and make up.

My point wasnt using creatine for cutting, my point was

"I am on this sort of regime atm:
get up at 730
take ephedrine (with asprin and coffee), creatine ethyl ester, glutamine, protein, cod liver oil, multivitamin
prepare an isotonic drink with taurine"

If creatine makes you retain water and ECA makes you sweat and piss like a trooper, wouldnt it be counter productive to use both.
