Basically his diet is similar to CKD, however not so much ketogenic. On non training days its fats and protein only. On training days it proteins up until training time. The 2-3 post workout carb up meal. A very interesting diet when you read up on it carefully. Just wanted to know if anyone has experienced it here, as I'm about to give it a go ______________________ http://www.supplementplanet.co.uk http://www.affordable-fitness.co.uk Qualified Fitness Professional and Sports Nutritionist |

| Making Progress | Sounds like an inferior UD2 to me UD2 is one of the best diets I have ever done. I gained a little muscle, and lost a hella lot of fat in about 6 weeks. Went from 18% BF --> 11% in the 1st 6 weeks, then a 2 week break. now down to ~10% after 1 more week. You got a PM |
