Default CKD/Animabolics Diets

Is anyone here familiar with Animabolics diet? Animal posts on animalkits forum where I discovered DoggCrapp training.

Basically his diet is similar to CKD, however not so much ketogenic.

On non training days its fats and protein only. On training days it proteins up until training time. The 2-3 post workout carb up meal. A very interesting diet when you read up on it carefully.

Just wanted to know if anyone has experienced it here, as I'm about to give it a go

Sounds like an inferior UD2 to me

UD2 is one of the best diets I have ever done. I gained a little muscle, and lost a hella lot of fat in about 6 weeks. Went from 18% BF --> 11% in the 1st 6 weeks, then a 2 week break. now down to ~10% after 1 more week.

You got a PM

Ah, I see.
Basically, its 3.5 days of depletion
1.5day carb load and 2 days of maintenance per week

workouts are structured around the diet.
It is by far the best diet I have ever followed.
