Default CHICKEN BREAST OR TURKEY BREAST???????

Hi guys,

Simple question this time ( i think anyway!!!), in terms of protein fat etc, which is better for a bodybuilder, a large chicken breast or a large turkey breast?

They have the same amount of Protein each, but I believe chicken has more fat.

Turkey is cheaper also.

the amino acid profile in both is much the same as is the protein content, turkey is lower in fat and is better value for money.
