Default creatine

creatine is something i have been taking for a while and have just finished my second cycle, i have made reasonably good gains and increased strength but i was wondering can i still claim as being a natural bodybuilder, do natural bodybuilders take any supplements at all??
may sound a stupid question to some but its something i have been wondering

no not atall ur still a naturall bodybuilder takeing supliments like creatine you only takeing and loads of it because your body cant infact produce enough of the stuff in your body to help you reach your gains. i have had many people say to me im not natural coz i take suppliments and they dnt even go to the gym so i just tell um where to stick it. i know alot of people that compete in natural comps and they all take creatine ect.

some people claim to be natural ever after doing ph cycles. Whilst i think this is pushing it (i dont think il consider myself natural after doing ph cycles as ure growth is unnatural on these cycles I think and unlike anything the body can reproduce) technically when most people refer to natural builders its any1 who doesnt use proper gear.

Its never been something that I have thought is really that important to be honest. Whilst I have alot of respect for people who do it naturally I think if steroids didnt come with all the stigma and were as safe as taking whey protein the majority of bodybuilders would use them. I think it takes a very specific personality to want to achieve everything without any assistance. Hell if i find the answers to an exam i know im gona use them. Some people tell me gear is cheating and that people wont respect my gains as much if people know ive done gear. (I actually havent yet and dont plan too until im about 23) My answer to that is that i really dont care what people think.

take it easy

Creatine is only an amino supplement and will not interfere with any hormones within your body. I consider anything that doesn't interfere with your natural hormonal production to be "natural"
What if you were to take ZMA, this is Zinc and Magnesium Aspartame, common minerals, even though these have been shown to increase testosterone would these be considered "Unnatural". The question is how far do you take it? Vitamins pills? Even competitiors in "Natural Bodybuilding" competitions take creatine, ZMA etc.

Really if you are using either PH or Steroids these are the only ones i would consider to be "Unnatural"

ZMA does not increase natty test, only brings it back to normal if you are deficiant in zinc.

I would call any hormonal product, PH or roid unnatural, aswell an clen.

Natty organisations also put a 1yr ban on anyone tht uses ephedrine or 7oxo I believe, altho these will leave your system in ~3-4days anyway.
