| Under Construction Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Scotland Posts: 38 Rep Power: ![]() | Alright Folks, I have just ordered me some Do-Do Chesteze online, and I will pick up some of the pro-plus caffine and aspirin from boots. I have decided to try and blast as much fat off me as I can in the next 10 weeks and I am going to give this stack a go. Just wondered if anyone experienced any problems while using this stack, I have been reading about the risks of Ephedrine Alkaloids(?) and I'm wondering if this has any relevance to the Ephedrine in Chesteze, don't really fancy having a stroke, you know. Also is cycling a good fat burner? I'm thinking of adding it to my routine and take away a running session. Thankly danks |

With regards to the risks I'm sure alot of this is from the usual overdosing and extreme abuse. What ratio are you going to run it at. Alot of the other guys should be able to help you with ECA stacks. I know Steve and some others have used it before. Cycling is a great fat burner, you body gets used to certain cardio such as running over a period on time especially if it is always the same intensity. Why's that? Had a rethink about going outside in the cold and dark, or are you going to brave it on a real push bike... I'm getting a chill just thinking about it! Also the rowing machine is a good one, alway got my heartrate up and felt like I had done something when I had finished. All over workout and done in the warmth and comfort, hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm. | Under Construction Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Scotland Posts: 38 Rep Power: ![]() | I was planning on heading out on my push bike a morning a week, my experience of cycling machines is that I get a sore arse. Mabye its just the machines at my local gym that you would need a cushion to use. Also I'm just getting over a broken ankle and torn ligiments, I don't want to run 3 mornings a week for now ( wish I could), I think I better throw a non impact exercise in just for a relief. Ideally I would like to be able to use a cross-trainer as well some mornings but the gym opens too late. Pity cause its the only indoor cardio that I enjoy. I don't mind treadmills that much but much prefer outside running. As for the ratio, I got a link from somewhere round here, to a webpage detailing that particular method (can't remember the link, I just cut and pasted the info) It says: "What dosages should I take? The ideal ratio for the ECA stack is 10:1 caffeine to ephedrine. Many sources suggest that the ideal dosage is 25mg ephedrine, 250mg caffeine and 80-300mg aspirin. More specifically, you could take 1 Chesteze, 3-4 Pro-plus and half a full dose aspirin. This gives you 18.3 mg ephedrine, 180mg caffeine, 150mg aspirin. Some people take double the dosage of Chesteze and Pro-plus, but this is an individual thing so I would start at this lower dosage and see how it effects you. " I was planning on doing this 3 times a day, on fitness days. I'll be doing weights 3 days a week with the fitness days in between, plus one days rest a week. Once I get back into the routine again, in say a months time if I'm feeling that I won't be risking overdoing it, I'll do some cardio first thing on weights days as well. Not that much, just enough to get the metabolism running. Bearing in mind that I'll be labouring on a building site 5 days a week as well, most days are a pretty gruelling shift - although you do get days where your standing around with nothing to do. Those ephedrine tabs, do you still take them with the caffine and aspirin as well? The only experience I have of fat burners is maximuscles thermobol and thermokick. I did lose 3 stones of fat in a year, but I did do the hard work in the gym, you know. Thermobol has kept me awake at night a few times, in the earlier days of using it. I don't drink tea or coffee, never have, so getting a sudden intake of caffine like that did shock the system a wee bit. Never pissed as much in my life!! And there was a couple of close calls as well, train journeys became hell! |
