Default Chubby Cheeks Chubby Cheeks help me lose my Chubby Cheeks

Hey Guys :P

I have have lost about 3 stones of fat in the last year. I am 6.2 and 14 stone, so I am quite lean and determined to gain 2 stones of muscle in the next 16 months.
I still have a fat face however and I don't think I have lost any fat on it since I started working out regular 16 months ago.

Can anyone recommend anything that might seek and destroy the bane of my life at the minute?
I'm becoming quite self conscious about it to be honest ops:

I have quite chubby cheeks naturally and my face changes fepending on what training I am doing. When bulking it is noticably chubbier but during dieting it reduces.

I would say dont worry about it as your face will change in shape. All that chewing of your food will have an effect on the jaw shape too.

weight will come off your face slowly if you keep cutting your bodyfat level down. i still have a chubby face, but about 11-12%bf, i just hope when i reach my 7-8% target, my face would be less chubby, or hopefully, not chubby at all, i should bloody well hope so at that bf level

Struggled with a fat face myself for three decades, and I'm 37 now, so I now just how you feel, I bet like me you seethe with rage at guys who weigh 20stones of flab and look like GQ models from the neck up. Actually I'm still a handsome kid under the lard, but I'm stripping down from 241 and 22% double quick.

When you get below a certain BF, it's about water retention and toxins running around in your system. Keep flushing with water, but bump the Vit C up to around 1k Mg. Tons of antioxidants will definitely help.

There is a condition called oedema/odema, go to www.wikipedia.com and find out more about it, quite a few slim people with chubby faces have it.

Hope it helps,

KS
