I am 6.2 and 14 stone, so I am quite lean and determined to gain 2 stones of muscle in the next 16 months. I still have a fat face however and I don't think I have lost any fat on it since I started working out regular 16 months ago. Can anyone recommend anything that might seek and destroy the bane of my life at the minute? I'm becoming quite self conscious about it to be honest |

When bulking it is noticably chubbier but during dieting it reduces. I would say dont worry about it as your face will change in shape. All that chewing of your food will have an effect on the jaw shape too. When you get below a certain BF, it's about water retention and toxins running around in your system. Keep flushing with water, but bump the Vit C up to around 1k Mg. Tons of antioxidants will definitely help. There is a condition called oedema/odema, go to www.wikipedia.com and find out more about it, quite a few slim people with chubby faces have it. Hope it helps, KS | |
