Default Diet Help

Right, My diet is really starting to let me down now, so I was hoping some of the wonderful people here could help me.

Anyone willing to make me an example diet for a day??
If not any ideas would be aprechated.

I currently weigh 140lbs at 6'0"
The Suplements I have to use per day are 75g of whey/casin protein powder, 1 serving (52g protein, 50g carbs, 6g fats 500 cals aprox) of reflex instant mass and creatine.
Two of my meals have to be made at home and taken to college, the rest can be anything you like, apart from tuna and eggs (both good foods but I hate the taste of them) Money is not a problem as I have parents to pay for everything.
I trying to bulk up, and I have one fast metabilsm, so I need about 3000+ cals.

So if you can offer any help, please do

40/40/40 maybe ? Thats a really broad question. A diet needs to be tailor made for each indiviual. No one knows what will work for you . Everyone is differnt. perhaps you could give us some more information .

There are many different ratios you can experiment with but as dan says you need to find what is best for you.

I had to experiment for ages until I found the perfect ratio for my body for different objectives.

at the moment my ratio for mass is as follows (rough guess)

35% protein
50% carbs
15%fat

The protein maybe a bit higher than 35%, I eat alot of protein but need my carbs as like you my metabolism is quite high especially when having 7 meals a day. When cutting up my carbs drop and my fat goes up.
