Default Couple of problems

Got a couple of questions, maybe you guys might have some ideas, diet has to be my downfall!

Anyone got any ideas for a good breakfast, gotta be big i'm thinking 500 - 1000 calories, because im going to find it hard to eat well in college I need a good breakfast to keep me going! The problem is I dont like egg's and I cant afford to be buying MRP's or any shakes for the morning either! So things that my rents can buy from the supermarket! Any ideas?

Any ideas for food before I got to bed, I know they say slow digesting proteins and low carbs.... but that could be a whole range of things? Any ideas?

Quite basic questions, but its where im strugling so any help would be appreshated.

Before bed mate, try some Quark, its a low fat low carb and high protein soft cheese. They do it in Tesco and places like that. Its cheese so its slow digestin and good for you.

My new favorite oatmeal breakfast:
2 cups instant oats
add 1 scoop ON 100% Whey protein

Boil water, add it to the oatmeal, mix it, cover it, add some sugar in if you want more than the taste from the protein shake mix.

Nutritional Facts:
410 calories
44g carbohydrates(41g complex)
9g fat(4g mono/poly unsaturated)
33g protein

Good little start. Add in eggs or drink a shake to add in some more protein and calories.

dont use the quick oats, they are higher GI.

Buy 1kg tesco porridge oats, 72p where I am. Then get 1 litre UHT skim milk.

Use:

200g oats
600ml milk. and zap it in the microwave

This gives:

~45g protein
~155g carbs
~15g fat
~980cals
