After eating and bulking into a fat boy, when would you say is a good time to change things and start cutting up. At the moment in the right light you can see my six pack, i anticipate by xmas I should have a keg with no cans in sight. I have no idea about body fat % but my waist is 33" and expanding. It normally is around 31.5". Any advice is greatly appreciated. Cheers Dan |

I tried it for the full course and it was a waste of time. I would like just for once in my life to be totally ripped just to know that I could do it. My favourite part of training is lifting the heavy (to me) weights, this is what gives me the buzz and coming back for more. For the 16 week dieting cycle will I still be able to lift heavy or do I have to go for light weights and high reps? How easy is it to keep up with the dieting etc for 3 to 4 months? Cheers Dan |

I am 14 stone at the moment and I am bulking quite well so hope to be up to around 14.5 even 15 by xmas, obviously a lot of this will be fat and water. This may not seem too heavy but I am 5'10" and have a light bone structure, my wrists are 6". I hate cardio and keep it to a mimimum, basically just 15 minutes before training. Do I really have to do this twice a day for 45 minutes or can I do it just with diet? Thanks Dan |

start off with just the diet and 1 cardio session a week.30 minutes after a couple of weeks up it to about 2 x30 minutes. then see how you feel, doing too much cardio with out alot of carbs will make you feel weak and sick. monitor your progress, the more leaner you get the more cardio you may want to do, but just dont end up like a stick insect. too much cardio will just over do it, and alway keep your protein intake high, this is very important. i think 2x45 minues a day is way to much, what do you think about this? | |

I think I managed it once. The pain I can compare it to is a tuna shake. I hate cardio at the best of times, but 1st thing really is a none starter for me, its the only time that i am lazy. Weekends though would be fine for the morning cardio after 45 minutes of waking up. |
