Default Best during-workout drink

I am on a cycle of pro-hormones so i want to start training for maybe up to two hours but am worried about losing that killer strength i have beggining a workout for the second muscle group.
What would be a good drink to have during a workout that will fuel me up and stave catabolism. cheers

I use viper from maximuscle

its pretty simple and real effective

just maltodextrin (carbs) with BCAA's included to prevent muscle breakdown, gives a good boost

a few guys at my gym use it (they also happen to be the few that know their shit)
