Hi all,
Nice forum some very usefull info.
I am just starting out on a strict diet to loose some serious weight, but also i am weight training 3 times a week to tone and strengthen.
My height is 6ft and weight is 19 stone so very big as u can imagine, however i was a semi pro rugby player a few years ago and due to some knee injuries i became very lazy but i was rather large then as well specifically the chest area but waist was ok.
Now i want to get to around 15 stone and in the first 2 weeks i have lost 9 pounds. I am doing 15 reps 3 sets of weights at 15 pounds per dumbell and working all muscle groups and i am really noticing the results on my arms and chest. I would really like some help on what kinds of routines for weights i can do and what sort of calorie intake i should have to achieve muscle mass and loose weight (FAT) inches from waist etc.
I am taking 1000MG flax twice daily and 50grams of Whey protein per day is this ok?
