personally (as i have not cycled anabolics yet) i just take a teaspoon of it in my bedtime shake, (heaped if cutting, or just a small 1 if bulking - as the taste is nothing to rave about!) fish oil caps are the way forward man | ||

| Making Progress Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: USA Posts: 372 Rep Power: ![]() | I actually find that the flaxseed oil gel tabs I take are in higher concentration of HDLs than the fish oil tabs I have. So I basically switched. Both are however beneficial. The reason I take more on cycle is b/c most anabolics have a bad effect on your HDL (good) Cholesterol levels and this tends to help the issue ______________________ thricefan@cyber-rights.net You have to do what others won't to achieve what others don't. |
