Default Flaxseed oil

Hi guys,

How much flax should you include in your diet?

I have some flax capsules that are 1000mg.

I tend to drop 4800mg per day while I'm on cycle just to keep my HDL cholesterol levels @ a good level. While off, I'm sure 1-2g would be fine.

so your sayin you drop (as in you take) just under 5g a day on cycle, and then only 1-2g a day off cycle

personally (as i have not cycled anabolics yet) i just take a teaspoon of it in my bedtime shake, (heaped if cutting, or just a small 1 if bulking - as the taste is nothing to rave about!)

fish oil caps are the way forward man

I actually find that the flaxseed oil gel tabs I take are in higher concentration of HDLs than the fish oil tabs I have. So I basically switched. Both are however beneficial. The reason I take more on cycle is b/c most anabolics have a bad effect on your HDL (good) Cholesterol levels and this tends to help the issue
