hello niceguy2702

how much do you currently weigh? what weight do you want to get to.?

high protein, moderate carbs, and low fats diet. will shred those pounds.

do you eat much junk food?

if you can give us the answers to the above, we can try and sort you out a good diet.

as long as your having less calories youll lose weight

TIP - Try not to eat carbs late in the day, what doesn't get burned off will get stored as fat!

hello niceguy

you could maybe start on 3000 calries a day, the weight should drop off you.

make sure you have your carbs ,early in the day, no later than 4 pm this will give you plenty of time to burn them off.

eat some nice protein every 3 hours. but if you stuck to 3000 calories and monitors your weight for a couple of weeks.

this will give you a good picture, if you aint lost anything drop the calories a bit.

personally i think you will lose alot of weight on 3000 calories a day.

hope it helps abit.

If you are drinking a lot of coffee you should cut the sugar out. I can't stand it with out sugar so have gone from 2 spoons to half now.
