I only feel guilty about it when ive not trained well or even not at all and im still sinking em. If i can cut those beers out id be much happier with myself. Must try harder!!! ![]() |

Hi niceguy, I know nobody will agree but I think to start with you could try the atkins diet for two weeks, but reduce the saturated fat that is recommended. Just do it for a fortnight, the main purpose in mu theory is that it gets you thinking about what you are eating, it gets you into the habit of eating more than 2 to 3 meals and you will lose weight. After two weeks get off it. Beer is a toughie, its very hard not to have any on a Friday night after work or stay teetotal on a night out with friends round Leeds. At home I try to stick to wine or vodka, allegedly these have less calories. For beer try Michelob Ultra this is low calorie and low carb but still 5%. |

| Under Construction | Hi niceguy Not sure if this was mentioned or how you have your meals but try and have more smaller meals 5-6 per day with a cheat every now and then . It has loads to do with your glycemic index and keeping it consistent, callories in = calories out :shock:______________________ http://www.gsn.biz |
