And then again these past 2 weeks while I'm at 10% currently, and there was a HUGE improvement in the first week. I would suggest you get much more cut before turning to clen. IMO clen should be used to assist the last bit of fat burning and to prevent catabolism when you're pretty lean already. I'll never use clen above 10% again, as it did nothing more than a clean diet will do. As far as cardio goes - both times I've used it (currently at 120mcg/day) I have been doing 45 mins of relatively high intensity cardio every day - sometimes twice a day. And it didn't do me any harm What's your diet like? That's probably why you're plateauing. |

i'm currently at 16% BF, on my last 2 cuts i got down to the 10% mark within weeks and the fat fell off easy, then soon as i got to around 9-10% it got really tough to shift anything else, and i ended up training everyday and dropping the carbs so the only carbs i had was a bowl of oats in the morning and 20g of maltodextrin in my PWO shake! then i ended up getting very ill and couldn't train for half a week and ended up putting another 2% back on, then lost it again by the end of the 6 weeks so this time i'm gonna do another 6 weeks of eca (i should easily get back down to 10% in this time), then 2 weeks of clen to finish it off... hopefully it will work as well as you said! how much fat do you reckon you lost from the clen? did you lose much muscle in those 2 weeks? what was your diet like? | |
