thanks for your reply. very interesting. you say that you burn around 900kcals in your 1 hr cv session. that must be pretty extreme cardio ! if your figures are close to accurate, i figure that in total you comsume around 1700 kcals per day. i won`t ask your weight, but it must be falling off pretty quickly. i would like to know what your diet is specifically, and what kind of approach you have to your training. are you into the muscular look or trying for a fit looking physique ? i only ask because my girlfriend is a competing figure girl and i`d be happy to share with you some of her diet tips if they`ll help.

Hi Steve

I normally do a whole pack of rice at a time. When i have finished cooking it make sure it is well washed with fresh hot water, this gets rid of all the sticky starch that makes it turn into wallpaper paste when you store it.

You can store it in tupperware in the fridge for a couple of days, but I find it lasts and tastes better if you leave it in the pan and put he lid on. Then just take out what you want and warm it up.

Right now I am having rice that I made on Saturday with some chicken, tastes fine to me.

Cheers

Dan

Carb loading is probably the best way to ensure mass build and making you look fuller in terms of size.

I have found that first thing in the morning if the best time to eat your carbs for the day, such as oats, and brown rice, 2 or 3 meals with this ensures your body with the right carbs for the day, and N-Large 2 is exellent substitute for carb fuelling.

I just cook 1kg of rice, weigh it and divide the weight by 14, this will give 14 meals of approx 70gms carbs then every 2 hrs from 9am to 9pm if I don't eat 70gms carb I weigh out the rice add some water to it liquidise it add some blackcurrent mix and drink. Its not the most appetiseing but gives you what you need quickly.

I do the same with protein if I don't eat 50gms of it Then I mix up 200ml milk with 6 eggs and drink it every 2 hrs from 9am to 11pm.
