There is no way you can accuratly measure BF% with these alone. Bone size and stucture play a big part in your weight. It doesn't even ask how tall you are. There are calculators that ask for hieght, wrist and ankle measrements aswell, but these only give a rough guideline. Callipers are the only true way to find a good BF% |
