| Making Progress | In order to ease a bit of the blandness from my diet, I have started eating wee tubs of low fat ambrosia custard with my 1pm meal. The nutrition info on the packet says 'Carbohydrate 18.6g, of which sugars 11.4g' Does the 11.4g refer to the amount of actual suger that is in the custard? This is on all food packaging, but I was wondering what exactly the 'of which sugars' bit means? Does anyone know? Thanks for any info, and by the way, the custard is lovely Si 8) ______________________ http://www.gibbarchitects.co.uk/BLUE%20LOGO.gif |
