Default need diet help

i've been going to the gym for a while and now wish to bulk up, but every diet plan i have seen involves me needing to eat cooked meals when i'm at work. is there anyway i can fit a diet around my working hours (8-6) or can anyone suggest a diet for me? it would be much appreciated thnx

8 - 6?? you work a 10 hour day??? Just eat a large breakfast, take some shakes at work, then a meal at 6 a meal at 9 then a snack at around 11 - 12 before bed!

I can't believe you have never of someone working a 10 hour day, I work 10 hours as standard and anything up to 12-14 hours sometimes. I still manage to get to the gym 4 times a week an kickboxing 3 times !!

14 feckin hours??

thats harsh man, my arse is dun after 8 hours. My brain just wont work for anylonger than that. Last in work n first out everyday!!

I'm a Business Development Manager for a high profile firm, so have to do the long hours to get the job done sometimes, lots of people climbing my legs to pull me off my perch so they can have my job!!
