| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2004 Posts: 3 Rep Power: ![]() | i've been going to the gym for a while and now wish to bulk up, but every diet plan i have seen involves me needing to eat cooked meals when i'm at work. is there anyway i can fit a diet around my working hours (8-6) or can anyone suggest a diet for me? it would be much appreciated thnx |
