Default Carb content of potatoes?

does anyone know the carb content of potatoes per 100g? doesnt say on the bag or packet.

It depends on the type of spud and how you cook it.

For a nutritional calculator have a look at :

www.ast-ss.com

As it's a US site you gotta wade through all the 'regular Wendys fries' stuff until you get to the proper spud bit.
