any 1 experinced this i noticed ive got it like thsi week ive done nothing in the ordinary and am eating and drinking correctly and the only supps im takeing is omega 3 and l-glutime tablets that it :?

Drink more water tissue, flush the kidneys out!

I second that what gail said, if you experience any pain in mid lower back could be a kidney/urinary tract infection if you still have it, after 2-3 days of flushing your system i would make a b-line for the docs, hope you are o.k. tissue let us know how you go.
