| Making Progress | It may not be perfect i am still working out the kinks i suck at making diets but its ime to go eat now critique it and any suggested changes would be very appricated. Meal One (8:00 am) : 1 Cup Oatmeal 2 Scoops Whey 300ml Skim Milk Multi Vitamen 24 mg Ephedrine HCl 200mg Caffine Flax Meal Two (10:00 am): 2 Tin of Tuna ! Large Baked Potatoe 2Tbl light mayo 1 Flax Capplet meal Three (12:00 am) : 8 Egg whites 2WholeEggs 1 Slice of Processed Cheese 1 Apple 32 Mg Ephedrine HCL 200mg Caffine Meal 4 ( 2:00 pm )( 1 1/2 hour pre workout ) meso Tech meal replacement bar 500ml Skim milk Meal 5 ( 5:00pm) ( Post workout ) 2 scoops whey/ with water 1 Apple 32mg Ephedrine HCL?? 200mg Caffine??
