appart from chucking it in the bin lol wot u recon i could do with a small tub of holland & barrat soya protein coz u cant drink it, its like the worst thing in the world lol?

lol, bin it mate, I had a tub of H&B Muscle and Weight gainer, It was vile, I tried to add a little to my shakes once just so I could use it up. Didn't work I could still taste it!
