You bulking now then simzy? How did the cutting go? Cut down to where you wanted to?

Diet looks alright, I got a couple of comments, you seem to have alot of shakes in there any reason? Also why are all your shakes, bar the one before bed, made with water if your bulking? Don't you want the extra calories, also protein doesn't get used as well without some fats, thats why the milks probs a good idea IMO!

No Tuna, but main thing I would not do is group meals less than 2 hours apart, or more than 2 and a half.

6.00am counts as a meal yet one and half hours later another meal at 7.30am, then a gap thats a bit long between then and 10.30am and then from there till 1.00am another long gap and so on.

I like the sound of the broccoli, it's my favourite veg

The shakes during the day are because i am at work and it is more convinient and discreet.

How many grams of carbs should i be having then before training as i make that about 80g at 3.30pm.

I think 2.5-3 hours is how i base my diet and i think that is how it should be based but that only my opinion.

I have opted for less milk this time, i reckon 4000cals is enough as it is.

I have not started my bulk yet i am just getting things together, i go on my hols in 3 weeks, i have lost over 3 stone since i started back mid-march. Done a good job in my opinionas i did not think i would lose that much.

Yep, losing the 3 stone in that period was good, well done mate. I found that fish in general is not only leaner than meat abut also its protein content is more easily absorbed and higher quality.

Urmmmm, I kinda read wrong. didn't notice the instant mass, just thought it was whey! :? ops:

fair enough with the shakes, makes sence!

Diet looks pretty good, I don't think its as important what you eat when bulking as long as your getting enough! Good luck! How much weight you trying to put on?

Loosing 3 stone, thats pretty dammn good!
