| Under Construction | Right, well when i started lifting weights(5 years ago) i was chuffed to get 13stone and lean. Personally, the larger i get- the larger i want to be. I am 17stone 12 now and carrying about 20% BF. I plan to cut when i get back to the UK and settle. I will down to single figure BF then bulk back up again, this is the pattern i see most results from. I set no upper limit on size. When i first started buying Flex, the guys weights used to fry my mind. Now i am heavier than a number of them- but obviously without the same level of conditioning(or any drug use). | Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | i agree with you natural the biggest ive been is 17 stone 7 at 6ft tall 52" chest 18.5" arms etc, all natural aswell,apart from prohormones and i feel alot better like this than being 15 stone and more ripped, what it comes down to is the weights i am lifting,clothes fitting much better, i think its a mind thing,when you lose weight,you feel skinny even though your big, probably just me has anyone heard of muscle dysamorphia(if thats how you spell it) yeah a double chin is a bad sign, what you weighing in at now dave? cheers |

| Making Progress | I want to be as ripped as possible!! Once I get over this crap situation with the b.p. I'm gonna (hopefully) add another stone to take me to 15, then maybe see about shedding some b/f. If I get to 15 stone and my arms/chest are still not what I want, then I'll keep adding weight until they are better. Then cut. I'd ideally like to be around 8% b/f cuz just now its about 11. Id like to look big in a big t-shirt, n not lean in a tight one if u kno what i mean! The dodgy bit though is im a short arse, if i put on too much i start to look like danny devito. Although I do like the big look I am currently working on improving my fitness which in turn means I can't get BIG cos of the amount of cardio I am doing. My training is more geared towards Muscle definition - I want to be bigger in the arms and chest whilst my bodyfat is constantly dropping - Still need to lose a few more % til the abs start showing properly though! |
