This Glycogen is stored with a great deal of water(1:3 ratio) and so, when it empties a large amount of water is released also. One week of illness is unlikely to lead to substantial muscle loss. The illness may have been your bodies way of telling you that it needed the rest...though this is going to depend on what the illness was. Cheers. ______________________ "You're hit man, you're bleedin"-"Ain't got time to bleed" |

| Under Construction | Was it related to Wisdom teeth?? That is definitely no fun. I had infections as they were growing through. I had them all whipped out at the same time. Keep Vit C up and plenty cals. No rocket science here i'm afraid. ![]() ______________________ "You're hit man, you're bleedin"-"Ain't got time to bleed" |
