Default help me before i slip into a hole i cant get out of lol!!!!!

right people as u all no i started my chipppy training and i have formed a few bad habbits and need ur help and encouragement. ive stoped hveing the sausage rolls and bacon sarnies but hve to say last night had quite a bit to drink lol i need u guys to tell me wot i should eat and not eat and drink and im gunna make sure i stick to it lol

Mate, I'm sure you kno what to and what not to eat, it's just stickin to it.

Good job on cutting out the bacon sarnies n sausage rolls, never really been one for sausage rolls but I do love a bacon sarnie.

The drinking.. ahhh. I used to drink on quite a regular basis but I've managed to nearly completely cut it out of my lifestyle. It lower test. levels which is the main problem with it, the calories I'm not too bothered about (still not good tho). When you're trying to add muscle the last thing you want is to drink too much alcohol. Just try diet coke, orange juice etc. when out with mates (I know.. easier said than done). Maybe have a couple but try not to overdo it, and make sure it's not more than once a week (preferably on your cheat day if you hve one)
